What is the main purpose of Studio OS?
Retaining customers and helping your studio do business every day. Customer details, birthdays, enquiries, follow-ups, work and balances stay connected. Photo tools are an extra bonus.
Does the app replace Photoshop?
No. Keep using Photoshop and your other creative software. Studio OS helps with customer relationships and business routines, with seven supporting photo tools.
Should I message every customer every day?
No. Make customer care a daily habit, but send only relevant messages to people who agreed to receive them. Review each WhatsApp or email draft before sending. The current app does not automatically send bulk messages.
Can I save only a phone number?
Yes. Save phone only adds a customer without inventing a visit or payment. Add the name and other details later. Events require more complete details.
Is the monthly price ₹99?
₹99 per month is the planned launch price. Live payments, final taxes, renewal and refund terms still need approval. Test access is not a paid subscription.
Will I be reminded before my subscription expires?
The account shows an expiry reminder during the final 48 hours, and the owner dashboard has a matching renewal queue. Automatic email, SMS or WhatsApp delivery is not connected yet.
Can the owner see whether I use the app?
An active subscription is not proof of app use. A signed device check-in shows recent connection only. The current owner build does not send automatic usage telemetry or your customer records.
Are reviews on the homepage real?
Only feedback whose author agreed to public display and that an administrator approved can appear. Private feedback is not published automatically. Reviews are shown in the original wording.
Will it support 10,000 studio accounts?
10,000 accounts is our initial planning target. The owner views use indexed queries and limited pages, and are tested with synthetic account data. Real concurrent traffic, payment-provider limits and device testing still need launch validation.
Are my photographs and customer records uploaded?
No. Your studio records, customer balances and photographs stay in the desktop app. Website accounts, subscriptions, device checks and feedback are separate. Keep verified records backups and separate photo/video backups.
